Walk to the beach and restaurants. The entire house, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathroom cottage has beautiful furnishings throughout. One queen and one full bed are located in bedroom 1 which has a full bath with a double sink bathroom and a large closet. Bedroom 2 has one queen bed. Bedroom 3, “Crew’s Quarters” has four XL twin beds large enough for adults.
A second full bath is located adjacent to bedrooms 2 and 3. The living room sofa folds out as a queen bed. Hard surface floors are easy to keep clean even when a little sand finds it way inside. Tastefully decorated and stocked with everything you need to cook meals and enjoy your time away.
The kitchen includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, and other appliances. Our fully equipped laundry room contains a washer and dryer so you can bring fewer items of clothing. Our foam mattresses are comfortable and both firm and standard pillows are provided for your comfort.
Beach towels are provided.
The bedrooms and the living room are equipped with fans and smart TVs. WIFI is available throughout the house. The Alexa video device will show you directions and information about local restaurants, venues, casinos, or anything you may ask it.
Cook your hamburgers on our bbq grill and use the fire pit for a family gathering in our spacious yard. This wonderful house is located on a cul-de-sac, we manage the house next door called the Happy Porpoise. If you book ahead you can book both properties for your large group. Plenty of parking for your guests in our large driveway. Trailers can park near the street.
Five restaurants are within walking distance including the world-famous Felix’s where you sit on the deck and enjoy the beach while eating local food and enjoying a cocktail or beer. Walk with your children around the corner and visit Lynn Meadows Discovery Center, a delightful museum just for kids. Please read through our binder for other suggestions and ask the Alexa Echo for suggestions and restaurant menus.
Pets may be permitted upon request only. When pets are permitted there is a pet fee which you will be requested to check and pay for during the reservation process.

We enjoyed our stay @ your beautiful beauty home. Thank you for sharing your home with our family. It was very clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, made us feel we were home. TV’s in every room was nice. Thank you for being accommodating and attentive to use enjoying your home. Having a large lot was nice for the kids to play outside. The beds were comfortable, the shower heads are great for taking a relaxing shower after a long day. The upgraded keypad was convenient for entering and exiting the home. A couple of suggestions would be to add coffee maker (un just saw it!) lol. Adding an iron and outdoor furniture would be convenient. Overall we loved your home and enjoyed our stay.
