Seawind Coastal Cottage

The Seawind Coastal Cottage is a newly constructed house with a great view of the beach and the Mississippi Gulf Coast is a perfect vacation home for you and your family.  A couple of minutes walk to the beach in Beautiful Gulfport.  This three-bedroom and two-bathroom house will accommodate 8 people.   A large open-plan living room and kitchen allow for the preparation of meals while engaging with your guests or family members.

Bedroom one has a king bed and bedroom 2 includes a queen bed while bedroom 3 is furnished with two twin beds.  A queen sofa sleeper located in the game room is available for two individuals.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the pots, pans, dishes, cups, glasses, and implements you need to cook right at your vacation home.  Our laundry room is fully equipped with a new full-size washing machine and dryer.  Why bring the wardrobe, do your laundry as needed.

WIFI is of course free and our smart TVs are all connected so you can bring your favorite subscription service with you and keep up with sports and the news.  You may find it hard to consider watching TV when the front deck has such a great view of the beach.  Enjoy your morning coffee on the front deck or a cold beverage as you watch the sunset.

Park your vehicles on our expansive driveway or under the house.  Enjoy our BBQ located on the ground floor along with our outdoor kitchen, perfect for preparing meals outside.  Our large yard has room for outdoor games.

The Island View and the Beach View casinos (within walking distance) offer entertainment and many restaurants.  Of course, it’s our beach that is the main attraction.  Open 24/7 and adult beverages are permitted.  The beautiful white sand is easy to walk on.  A sidewalk extends all along the beach for riding your bike.  Don’t forget to bring your fishing gear.  You can cast your line to catch a large variety of fish.

A nice park is located at the end of our street with play equipment for children.   We have it all here for you to experience.

Beachfront Beacon Bliss

 

The Beachfront Beacon Bliss located on the beach is perfect for sand and sea lovers.  Our newly remodeled property has four bedrooms with accommodations for six people.  This property is a townhouse with ground floor entry and bedrooms on the second floor.   The kitchen dining room and laundry facilities are located on the ground floor with a large bathroom.

The second floor contains a living room, dining table, two bathrooms, and four bedrooms.  Bedroom one has a double bed accommodating two.  Bedroom two has a single bed while bedroom three has a double bed.  The last bedroom four contains a twin bed.

Our living room has a queen sofa sleeper which is not included in our capacity but could sleep two.

TV’s throughout the property with free wifi.  Bring your subscription to Amazon or sports.  Prepare your own meals in our fully equipped kitchen.  Leave your suitcases at home, and use our washer and dryer to launder your clothing.

Your vacation home located in Biloxi on the Mississippi Gulf Coast is perfectly situated to enjoy all of the benefits the area offers, including a public fishing pier across Beach Blvd.  Stop in the visitors center for a short walk.  Restaurants are located within walking distance of casinos or in downtown Biloxi.

Rent a pontoon boat and pull a blow-up toy.  Enjoy beach or pier fishing in many spots or take a day trip out to deeper water for the big fish.  Art galleries are located nearby and many more entertainment venues for both adults and children.

The townhome was built as an add-on to a home built early in the last century.  It has a private entrance and shares a parking lot with the original house on the South side.  A major benefit for those with larger groups is that you can book both properties and sleep up to 16 people.  The other property is Lighthouse Sands Serenity, click on the name to see that page on this site.

We have a large parking lot and additional private parking a short walk away for special events when guests book both properties.  The yard facing the beach is available for a tent which can be used for weddings, and birthday parties.

Sponsoring guests must be 21 or over and accompany any individuals under the age of 21.  No smoking.  No parties are allowed without prior written permission and acceptance of rules about noise, alcohol, street parking, etc.

Happy Flounder

Beautiful setting near the beach.  Lush grounds, fountains, and more.  Our two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is just steps from the beautiful Gulf Coast beach.  What we call the “Best Coast”.  This vacation home will accommodate six guests in comfort.  One king bed, one queen bed, a trundle bed (two twin beds), and a sleeper sofa for two.

The kitchen is ready for you to cook your favorite dish.  All appliances, flatware, and cooking utensils are there.  The stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher round out the fully equipped kitchen which overlooks the living and dining areas.

If you stay a while, use the full-sized washer and dryer to launder your clothing.  Please leave the sand outside.  You will love our dual shower heads, which are great for getting all of that sand off after a day at the beach.

Two swimming pools are available.  One pool is attached to the guest house which has some amenities that can be used upon reservation.  The larger pool is located near the rear of the complex and it has a slide for children and BBQ areas.

You are provided a garage near the unit entrance to park one vehicle.  Open parking for other vehicles is available throughout the complex.  You will be provided with a code to enter the property.  The entrance door is activated by a code as well.

We have provided rubber bands for access to the swimming pool area.  Take a swim and relax after a hard day shopping and sightseeing.

About our property

The ground floor offers a very large porch with a view of the Gulf of Mexico.  Just inside you will find a living room on the right of the foyer and a large formal dining room on the left.  Our kitchen is fully stocked with implements including cups, dishes, pans, pots, and coffee service.  Everything you need to prepare meals at home.

A second living area includes a sleeper sofa and another flat-screen TV.  Clearly, the ground floor is for entertaining.  A bathroom with sink and toilet is available between the dining room and kitchen.

The second floor is our sleeping area.  A king bed is located in the master with access to a full bathroom.  A bonus is the private enclosed balcony with views of the beach.  The next bedroom has a queen bed with its own private enclosed balcony again with views of the beach.  The third bedroom has two double beds and the fourth bedroom has a queen bed.

The laundry room is located on the second floor through one of the bedrooms.  We know this is unusual but considering that when the house was built people did not have indoor laundry rooms, it had to go somewhere.  A full-size washer and dryer are yours to use.

This is a very large house with lots of doorways and character.  Your BBQ is located on the side of the house.  The large fenced front yard can be used for sports or watching your children play.  During events, this property is in demand as a location where you can watch floats and participants drive down Beach Blvd.

Parking is no problem.  We have a fully paved parking lot that will accommodate up to seven cars.

Rent our companion property, Beachfront Beacon, a townhouse attached to the North side of this historic house.  An addition was made to the original house designed to accommodate up to eight people in four bedrooms.  This property can be booked along with the Lighthouse Sands Serenity to accommodate up to 16 people.  Contact us if you would like to book both properties at the same time.

Christies offers a 5% discount for a single booking entity for both properties at the same time.  While we will permit events such as birthday parties, guests must have prior approval after agreeing to terms and conditions including noise, parking, alcohol, etc.   Contact us for special events or to book both properties at the same time.

Paradise Tower

Snowbirds, this is your home for the winter.  Paradise Tower.  This unique condo is located high on the 16th floor of one of the few high-rise residential buildings on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.  The view is spectacular. A completely unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico plus the barrier islands.  Sit on your balcony with your morning coffee and watch the birds and dolphins.

Two beds can accommodate up to four persons.  Two elevators are available to wish you up to your unit.  Parking is available at no charge in the lot immediately adjacent to the entrance doors.  This is a 24/7 security-guarded property.   While the area is safe, it’s nice knowing you will not have unwanted guests.

This two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit is located at the beach.  Not only will you enjoy the fully equipped kitchen and beautifully decorated bedrooms and bathrooms, but you can also use the swimming pool with a view of the Gulf of Mexico.  It just does not get better than this.

The owners of this property live here much of the year but have decided to offer it to Snow Birds for the winter.  It’s available from January through March only.  They would prefer that you book for the entire three-month period.  A minimum of 30 days is required.  Special pricing is available for a single three-month stay.

Walk to the beach and restaurants. One queen and one full bed in bedroom 1 with full bathroom and two sinks, large closet. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have a queen bed. A second full bath is located adjacent to bedrooms 2 and 3.  The living room sofa folds out as a queen bed.  No carpeting throughout, sand on the floor is no problem.

Tastefully decorated and stocked with all of the things you need to cook meals and enjoy your time away. The kitchen has a dishwasher, refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, and other appliances. Our fully equipped laundry room has a washer and dryer so you can bring fewer clothing items. Our gel/foam mattresses are comfortable and we provide both firm and standard pillows.

Bedrooms and living room equipped with fans and intelligent TVs. WIFI is available throughout the house. The Alexa video device will show you directions and information about local restaurants, venues, casinos, or anything you may ask it.

Cook your hamburgers on our bbq grill and use the fire pit for a family gathering in our spacious yard. Salty Dolphin

Bedroom 3, “Crew’s Quarters” has four XL twin beds large enough for adults.

A second full bath is located adjacent to bedrooms 2 and 3.  The living room sofa folds out as a queen bed. Hard surface floors are easy to keep clean even when a little sand finds it way inside.  Tastefully decorated and stocked with everything you need to cook meals and enjoy your time away.

The kitchen includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, and other appliances. Our fully equipped laundry room contains a washer and dryer so you can bring fewer items of clothing. Our foam mattresses are comfortable and both firm and standard pillows are provided for your comfort.

Coastal Cottage

Our charming mid-century three-bedroom cottage located a short walk to the beach is perfect for 8 guests. The house is all yours during your stay. The yard is entirely fenced and gated, a safe place for your children to play.   The property was recently updated.  You can walk to the beach from our property.  There are two restaurants within walking distance.

You may use our beach cart to transport your towels and toys to the beach. Your children can play in our sandbox or try a game of horseshoes or bag toss.

Our remodeled kitchen is outfitted with everything you need to cook a family meal or warm up a snack. Prepare meals on granite countertops with a large farmer sink. Leave your large suitcases at home, and use our full-size washer and dryer to launder your clothing while you are enjoying the beach, Aquarium, or other sites.

Our living room is full of light from large windows, which open to the kitchen and dining area. A unique feature is two 48″ barn doors that open to the large bedroom. When the room is not occupied, the open doors create a larger living space and additional windows. The living room and bedrooms have ceiling fans.

The backyard bbq is perfect for an intimate cook-out. Try out our wood-burning fire pit, and roast some marshmallows. Three restaurants are within a short walking distance, and many more are just a few minutes drive away. Great neighborhood for walking, just two short blocks from the beach. We have made COVID times more tolerable by providing regulation horseshoes and cornhole bag toss pits.

Four beds are available. Our largest bedroom has one queen and a large closet. Bedroom two includes two full-size beds with a closet. Bedroom three has one queen bed and a large closet. Our property is advertised for eight people.  All beds can accommodate up to two persons each, it is possible to sleep up to eight comfortably.

Flat-screen TVs in each bedroom and one in the living room are all connected to high-speed internet with Netflix for your enjoyment. Guests can use WIFI to watch Netflix or check the WEB for a local restaurant. An Alexa (AMAZON) device with a screen can be used to communicate about the weather or anything else.

Free parking and pets are permitted upon request. Special events are permitted e.g. birthday parties etc. as long as guests inform our hosts during the booking process. We have another property on the same street that is better suited for large parties, it can accommodate up to 12 guests and the very large yard can accommodate about 100 guests with tents. It may be possible to stay at this property and use the yard at our other property or some combination. Please contact our hosts for more information.

Wheelchair access: We can provide a ramp to enter the home upon advance request. There is one step to the front porch, the 36″ wide entrance door should accommodate a wheelchair.  The large bedroom with a queen bed is accessed through an 8′ opening from the living room.

The kitchen is accessible as well by wheelchair. A wheelchair-bound individual will need assistance in the bathroom as the distance between the sink and the wall is narrow. The toilet is of regular height. The backyard can be accessed using the ramp in front of the house and then going through the gate.

A pet may be permitted.  You must receive approval first and pay the pet fee.  If your pet is allowed, you agree to compensate the hosts for any costs to repair or remediate any damage caused by your pet.   You will be responsible for removing pet hair.

We believe you will have a great time at our Coastal Cottage.

 

Gulf View Haven

You will love our townhome.  Not only will it sleep your entire large group but one of the best restaurants on the coast is just across the street featuring New Orleans cooking and cocktails on the veranda.  Our keyless entry will help large parties since there is no need for a key.  Enter on the equivalent of a second-floor (this property is close to the beach is elevated).

Our large deck overlooks the beach and Gulf of Mexico.  Enter into the living room with seating around a large flat screen tv.  A private bedroom on the first floor has a queen bed and furniture plus a walk-in closet.  This bedroom shares a bath with guests.  The second floor contains two bedrooms each with two full/double beds and a shared bathroom with a large spa tub.

Tucked away in one of the rooms is a twin xl bed in its cubby.  The sofa sleeper in the living room is perfect for two.  In total, our townhome will sleep up to 13.

A fully stocked kitchen permits our guests to cook meals if they choose to stay in.  Equipped with electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and even coffee service at the bar.

You can park your car under the building out of the elements and additional parking is available in our private lot.  This property is one of four townhome units in a single building.  Each unit including this one has its private entrance.  Perfect for the COVID environment.

Our beaches are fully open, most restaurants are open inside and outside.  Casinos are open as well.   There are so many things to do on the Gulf Coast, we can’t list them here.  Check out our site for more information about what to do.

The map below gives you an approximate location of this and our other properties.  Arrival to this property can be by Air to Gulfport Airport or New Orleans Airport.  You can drive from anywhere, the property is a short distance from I10 and is located almost on U.S. Highway 90 in Gulfport.

Sea Turtle Cove

  UNAVAILABLE BOOKED LONG TERM

Our Sea Turtle Cove property is located within a short walk to the beach.  Our house features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a living room, and a kitchen/dining room.  Two full-sized beds are in one bedroom and bunk beds (twin xl) are in the other bedroom.  The sofa sleeper in the living room folds out to a queen-sized bed.  We believe that up to eight people can be accommodated.

Our large fenced yard has a fire pit and BBQ for your enjoyment.  Free parking for three cars near the entrance should accommodate your guest’s needs.  This building is a duplex with a private entrance in the front.  The other unit has its private entrance in the back of the building and that unit has its private yard.

Some guests may need more space so it’s possible to book both the Sea Turtle Cove and the Least Tern Nest at the same time if they are both available.  Please look at the Least Tern Nest page as well.

The fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, and stove is available for those times when you decide to eat in.  Make use of the outside BBQ as well as the picnic bench and chairs to enjoy meals outside.

A bathroom with a shower is located on the ground floor.   The bedrooms are upstairs where there is another bathroom with a shower.  The property has hard surface floors throughout to accommodate guests who return from the beach.  The entrance door is operated by a wifi lock so no keys are required.  Both front and rear entrances have motion detection lights for your convenience.

Take advantage of your location by walking to the beach or the Centennial Plaza with its restaurants.  A short drive will put you within reach of many restaurants and casinos along with other venues.  Please read some of our blog articles about the area.

You can book on this site and save the big charge from 3rd party sites.  Please contact us if you have special needs.  This property is not handicapped-friendly as it has second-floor bedrooms.  The neighboring Least Tern Nest is all ground floor.
