1099 Misc

Owners will receive a 1099 Misc from Gulf Coast Property Management LLC for the previous year.  The total income you have received is listed in block #1 and block #18.  No taxes are withheld during the year.  The total in block #1 will equate to the year total listed in the Client Report located in the Client Portal.  This represents the net to you after our fees and any expenses listed in the Client Report.
