Who not buy a vacation rental as a second home?
The best buys on the Mississippi Gulf Coast are vacation rental properties that are fully furnished and currently or were recently listed for vacation rentals. Two reasons. First, many are being sold at lower prices because buyers are not able to earn enough income to cover their costs and second, these properties are viable as rentals are for the most part in very good condition.
