Large Parties – Events

We can accomodate large parties with multiple properties.  We also work wth other property managers with additional propertiers near ours.  If you want a one stop effort to organize an event with many people, contact us, we will do it all for you

SEVERE WEATHER – HURRICANES

The Mississippi Gulf Coast can experience severe weather from June through October.  Hurricanes and tropical storms are the most common form of severe weather.  Hurricanes are natural events.  We strongly encourage guests to book their trip at least two weeks ahead of their trip so they can qualify for vacation insurance.

Guest Policies/Terms of Service Contract

All guests booking at ChristiesGulfBeachRentals.com must agree to the Guest Policies and our terms of service. Guests booking on third-party sites such as Airbnb agree to the policies of that platform and the Guest Policies above.

Security and Fraud Policy

All guests booking on ChristiesGulfBeachRentals.com must submit a photo of their current driver's license prior to receiving the door code and directions to the property. This is for our guests' security, we must know who is staying at our properties. The photo must match the booking information provided.

Smoking is prohibited inside of all properties

Some properties may allow outside smoking away from exterior doors and windows. Vaping is considered smoking which is also prohibited. Guests must agree to this policy as part of the registration. Some guests are allergic to smoke.

Price of Accomodation

Nightly booking costs as listed do not include fees and sales taxes. We believe you have the right to see how your rate is built. During the booking process you will see each fee broken down with the total for your stay. Complete transparency.

Third-party booking sites with one fee do not permit this look “inside”.
