The best times to stay in winter and spring

The best time of the year to stay at a vacation rental is during the slow season in the spring, fall, and winter months. The increased winter population generated from longer-term stays benefits both the nurses and the owners. Traveler safety is also a concern and walking through parking lots at night or early morning may not be a safe place to be.
