Every year from about November 25 through December 31, the City of Gulfport and sponsors recreate the Harbor Lights Winter Festival. It is a must-see event for the entire family. Carnival rides, food, live entertainment, and those great lighted features.
Free parking in the parking garage across the street and beside the Mississippi Aquarium. Ticket boots are at the entrance with a modest fee subject to change each year.
The Gulfport Harbor Lights Winter Festival is held at Jones Park located adjacent to the Gulfport Marina near downtown Gulfport just off U.S. 90.
Make a day of it
Go to the Mississippi Aquarium, walk on the adjacent beach near Jones Park, and go to the Festival in the evening to see the lights. There are lots of things to do on the Mississippi Gulf Coast in the winter. Please read our blog articles about more things to do.
