You have arrived at a great vacation destination.   3 bedrooms with 4 beds that accommodate up to 8 people.  The Coastal Serenity is surrounded with trees on a very large cut-de-sac lot.  Completely private so your group can enjoy your retreat without interruption.

Our beautiful house is almost surrounded by the Tchoutacabouffa River and the Biloxi Back Bay.  Bring your boat, there is a ramp just a block away.  The beach is a short drive.  You need not go far to swim.  Our Coastal Serenity has a large in-ground swimming pool in the  private back yard.  So many things to do when you stay with us at the Coastal Serenity.

Our house is beautifully decorated with a familiar beach theme.  Browse through our photos and see what you will be missing if you pass on booking this property.  Each of our bedrooms has one queen sized bed that can accommodate two persons.

The living room has a queen sofa sleeper.  This two story home offers lots of room to spread out.   Our full size washer and dryer permit you to leave those suit cases behind and launder what you use on a daily basis.  Our beautiful bathrooms have showers inside tubs providing you with options.

The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals right at your new home for the entire group.  Eat in the dining room or take your food out to the patio by the pool.  The stove, refrigerator, microwave an dishwasher will make you feel like being at home. Free wifi of course and all important keyless entry.

Our very large property has lots of room for your vehicles and trailers if you come for one of the large vehicle events such as Cruzin the Coast, Jeeping the Coast or Scraping the Coast.

A great public boat launch is literally around the corner.  You can fish from the dock or launch your kayak, canoe or boat there.  After launch, check out the bayous that lead to Biloxi Bay and the Gulf of Mexico.

There may be little need to leave home while you are staying with us on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, if you do, you can expect to have lots of options.  12 casinos are scattered around the Mississippi Gulf Coast along with many restaurants, art galleries and much more to do.  Want to go fishing, you have come to the right place.  There are many public fishing piers and one located within mile from the house.

Sea la Belle Beach House

 

A short walk to the beach from this beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house.  Newly remodeled with all new furnishings.  The Sea La Belle Beach House has it all.  Starting with a large fenced yard for our pet-friendly property.   Upon approval, you may bring up to two small dogs.

A king bed is located in the master with its own bathroom.  The second bedroom contains a queen bed and the third bedroom, two twin beds, and a trundle bed.  When you include the queen sofa sleeper in the living room, the property will accommodate up a part of 9.  Our mattresses are soft and multiple pillows join the soft sheets to create a welcoming night’s sleep.

Each of our bedrooms and the entire house is tastefully decorated in a beach theme consistent with the proximity to the Gulf of Mexico.

Our large kitchen is fully equipped for you to prepare a meal for your entire party.  Our full-sized washer and dryer permit you to leave all of those clothes behind. Wash as you go.  Of course, free wifi is available along with flat-screen TVs where you can use your own streaming service or use the built-in selections.

Located on a quiet street, there is plenty of parking in the driveway.

About our property

The ground floor offers a very large porch with a view of the Gulf of Mexico.  Just inside you will find a living room on the right of the foyer and a large formal dining room on the left.  Our kitchen is fully stocked with implements including cups, dishes, pans, pots, and coffee service.  Everything you need to prepare meals at home.

A second living area includes a sleeper sofa and another flat-screen TV.  Clearly, the ground floor is for entertaining.  A bathroom with sink and toilet is available between the dining room and kitchen.

The second floor is our sleeping area.  A king bed is located in the master with access to a full bathroom.  A bonus is the private enclosed balcony with views of the beach.  The next bedroom has a queen bed with its own private enclosed balcony again with views of the beach.  The third bedroom has two double beds and the fourth bedroom has a queen bed.

The laundry room is located on the second floor through one of the bedrooms.  We know this is unusual but considering that when the house was built people did not have indoor laundry rooms, it had to go somewhere.  A full-size washer and dryer are yours to use.

This is a very large house with lots of doorways and character.  Your BBQ is located on the side of the house.  The large fenced front yard can be used for sports or watching your children play.  During events, this property is in demand as a location where you can watch floats and participants drive down Beach Blvd.

Parking is no problem.  We have a fully paved parking lot that will accommodate up to seven cars.

Rent our companion property, Beachfront Beacon, a townhouse attached to the North side of this historic house.  An addition was made to the original house designed to accommodate up to eight people in four bedrooms.  This property can be booked along with the Lighthouse Sands Serenity to accommodate up to 16 people.  Contact us if you would like to book both properties at the same time.

Christies offers a 5% discount for a single booking entity for both properties at the same time.  While we will permit events such as birthday parties, guests must have prior approval after agreeing to terms and conditions including noise, parking, alcohol, etc.   Contact us for special events or to book both properties at the same time.

Magnolia Place

SNOWBIRDS NEST HERE

Magnolia Place is one of our favorite larger properties that can accommodate up to 10 people.  This attractive Southern home is located on a tree-lined street in the City of Long Beach Mississippi adjacent to the University of Southern Mississippi campus.  The beach is a few blocks away as is a vibrant downtown area and harbor.    This small city celebrates with parades and events all year.  If you live in a large crowded city or suburb and want to “come home” this truly is a slice of Americana.  Both our property and the surroundings.

You will love the live oaks and other trees on our property and surrounding it. The house in located on a large property with a front yard large enough to host games.  The backyard is wide open.  Don’t forget to bring some wood for the fire pit.  This is one of the most popular items at a Mississippi Gulf Coast property.   Did I mention there is plenty of parking in the very long driveway?

Enter the house through the electronic lock, no need for keys.  The door is covered by a nice lighted porch.  Most people enter through the side door which is closer to the drive area.  Inside you will find a large formal dining area in a large open area with a giant flat screen.  A great room for gatherings.

The first bedroom is located at the end of the living room with four twin beds.  A great place for kids or even adults.  Walk around to the fully equipped kitchen and laundry room and enter the formal living room.  You will discover a number of nooks with seating for private conversations (or where the teenagers can use their iPhones).

The next bedroom has a full-sized bed and is elegantly decorated.  The large formal living room in front of the fireplace (non-operational) is a great place to relax and enjoy the company of others.

The third bedroom contains two twin beds and is decorated as nicely as all of the other bedrooms.  Around the corner is the master bedroom with a queen-sized encased in a white antique finished head and footboard.   This bedroom comes with its own bathroom.

The very large two-room bath is in the center of the house and serves the other bedrooms.  This massive area allows multiple people to get ready at the same time.  Great for coming home after swimming at the beach all day.  Preparing to go out for entertainment in the evening is a breeze.

Everything is available for your stay to be memorable.  Cook meals, wash your Beach wear, enjoy the fire pit, or just hang around. Don’t miss walking around on the University campus and seeing one of the oldest live oak trees in existence.  Don’t forget to go to the beach.  You can walk to the beach (15 minutes) or drive over, park for free and after your beach time, try one of the beach-close restaurants.

Consider bringing the family to the Mississippi Gulf Coast when your daughter or son registers for their first semester.  Simply walk onto the campus from our beautiful property.  Family reunions are another reason to stay at Magnolia Place.

Pelicans Perch

Pelicans Perch is perfect for that family gathering or a few couples who want to share the cost and company.  Located very close to the beach in Beautiful Long Beach on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, it’s perfect for that weekend getaway for that extended vacation.  This property is a single-family house located in a quiet residential district.  The photos below tell the story.

Four bedrooms accommodate up to 10 people.  Two XL twin beds are located in bedroom one on the West side of the house.  On the East side of the house are three additional bedrooms.  A luxurious king-sized bed is located in one bedroom while another bedroom has a queen bed and the fourth bedroom contains two full-size beds.

Work from the Pelicans Perch utilizing our blazing-fast WIFI which is of course free to our guests.  Flat screen TVs located in bedrooms and the large living room extend the entertainment options.  Our large formal dining room has room for the entire party.  The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking and eating utensils along with pots, pans, plates, cups, and everything you need to prepare and serve meals except of course the food.

Spend time in our large enclosed backyard which is pet-friendly.  Our enclosed patio allows for expanding your discussion circles to new spaces with that outdoor atmosphere.  Don’t forget to pick up some marshmallows when you stock up at the grocery store.  The fire pit is large enough to accommodate your party and enjoy.  Use our BBQ to prepare hamburgers or Southern sausage.

Sea Turtle Cove

  UNAVAILABLE BOOKED LONG TERM

Our Sea Turtle Cove property is located within a short walk to the beach.  Our house features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a living room, and a kitchen/dining room.  Two full-sized beds are in one bedroom and bunk beds (twin xl) are in the other bedroom.  The sofa sleeper in the living room folds out to a queen-sized bed.  We believe that up to eight people can be accommodated.

Our large fenced yard has a fire pit and BBQ for your enjoyment.  Free parking for three cars near the entrance should accommodate your guest’s needs.  This building is a duplex with a private entrance in the front.  The other unit has its private entrance in the back of the building and that unit has its private yard.

Some guests may need more space so it’s possible to book both the Sea Turtle Cove and the Least Tern Nest at the same time if they are both available.  Please look at the Least Tern Nest page as well.

The fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, and stove is available for those times when you decide to eat in.  Make use of the outside BBQ as well as the picnic bench and chairs to enjoy meals outside.

A bathroom with a shower is located on the ground floor.   The bedrooms are upstairs where there is another bathroom with a shower.  The property has hard surface floors throughout to accommodate guests who return from the beach.  The entrance door is operated by a wifi lock so no keys are required.  Both front and rear entrances have motion detection lights for your convenience.

Take advantage of your location by walking to the beach or the Centennial Plaza with its restaurants.  A short drive will put you within reach of many restaurants and casinos along with other venues.  Please read some of our blog articles about the area.

You can book on this site and save the big charge from 3rd party sites.  Please contact us if you have special needs.  This property is not handicapped-friendly as it has second-floor bedrooms.  The neighboring Least Tern Nest is all ground floor.
