The Beach House

Welcome to the Beach House located in beautiful Long Beach, MS.  You must stay with us and enjoy all of the amenities this terrific home exudes.  Completely remodeled, it reminds you of a new model home except that model homes are not as well decorated or outfitted with everything you need for a great stay on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

Let’s start with our bedrooms.   The master offers a king bed with a premium mattress.  You will sleep soundly after a day at the beach.  Our dressers and closet will hold your clothing, no need to work out of a suitcase.

Our second bedroom contains a queen bed plus a double bed with a twin above.  Take a look at our photos which explain the layout of this bedroom.  Plus chest and closet.

Our magnificent tiled bathrooms with quartz countertops make you feel as if you have stepped into a 5-star hotel (you have).  The shared bathroom includes a large tiled shower.  The master bath not only has a large tiled shower, it also has a large bathtub for a long soak after a tough night at the casino.

Your stay would not be complete without a large open space to socialize.  The giant flat-screen TV and ample seating permit family and friends to watch an important game or other entertainment.  WIFI is of course offered free of charge.

For those who would like a glass of wine or other beverage, our bar with seating is a cozy place for an intimate conversation while others enjoy the backyard or watch TV.

Two dining areas are available.  The more formal dining room with large table and chairs plus a smaller round kitchen table for breakfast and coffee in the morning.  Try our coffee service with the Keurig system.

Our backyard is a great place to congregate.  Two separate seating areas are covered by the sun.  Why not prepare a meal outside and serve in the yard?   Did I mention our screen patio?  Yet another seating area for you and your guests.  When it’s hot outside, stay on the screened-in porch with a fan.

While there are plenty of places to hang and place your clothing, no need to bring everything, the full-sized washer and dryer will help you keep up with the laundry while you are on vacation.

Regarding the location of the Beach House.  It’s very close to the beach and shopping in Long Beach.  There are some very nice restaurants where you can mingle with the locals and have that great welcoming feeling of Southern hospitality.  There are many events in Long Beach such as the “Taste of Long Beach” held each September and Cruisin the Coast, Scraping the Coast, and one of the biggest, Jeeping the Coast.  Concerts in the park and much more.

You will be located on the Mississippi Gulf Coast which offers so many things to do, that it’s hard to list them here.  So we have listed most of them on our Activities Page.  There are 12 casinos along the Mississippi Gulf Coast all within a short drive from where you are staying.   Of course, there is the beach which is open 24/7.  A great idea is to pick up a Daiquiri from Coastal Daiquiri a block from the beach walk to the beach and drink it.  Adult beverages are allowed on the beach and Mississippi law allows you to walk with an open container in entertainment areas.

Sandy Waves on the Gulf

Be one of the first to stay at this wonderful house built by the beach in Gulfport, MS.  A short walk to the beach, nothing is between the Sandy Waves on the Gulf and the actual beach and gulf.   This house was recently built which is why everything inside is new.

Three bedrooms include a magnificent master suite with a white wall of French doors that can open to allow the sea breezes in.  Enjoy the balcony with a great view of the beach and the Gulf.  On a clear day, you can even see Cat Island.  Bring your binoculars, dolphins periodically swim by.

The bathroom in the master bedroom is very large with lots of tile.  Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom again with tiled walls and floors.  Bedroom 3 at the North side of the house has French doors that open.  All bedrooms have lots of windows.

Our living floor is well laid out, with plenty of space for guests to sit and watch a game on the flat-screen TV or sit at either the large dining room table or the kitchen breakfast table and chat.  As an alternative to staying inside, guests may open the French doors in the living room and go to the large patio where chairs and tables are available.

You can’t beat the view of the beach from either floor or even outside.  Spend the day on the beach, come back and have a beverage on the patio, get ready, and go to one of the 12 casinos in the area for a meal and entertainment.

The living level contains a fully stocked kitchen (implements, dishes, etc. no food).  Feel free to cook meals and save a few dollars to buy bait for fishing.  The kitchen comes with coffee service and appliances including a stove, microwave, and refrigerator with water and ice dispenser.

Our large main floor bathroom even has a full tiled shower.

No need to bring your wardrobe.  Use our laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer.    Of course, wifi is free as is parking.

You will enjoy our under house parking.  On a hot summer day, your car will be cooler.  On a rainy day, get into your car without going out into the rain.

Octopus Garden

Welcome to the Octopus Garden with lots of space in this three-bedroom, three-full bathrooms.  Each has a full tub with luxury shower head.   Guests often wish they had more bathrooms to get ready after a long day at the beach before they go out for entertainment.  The three bathrooms in this townhome will speed you on your way to a great evening.

This two-story townhome can accommodate up to six in three beds.  A king bed in the master bedroom with its own bathroom.  A queen in the second bedroom with its own bathroom.  Both are on the second floor.  The good news for those with mobility challenges, there is a bed on the first floor.  One of the full bathrooms is located on the ground floor.

Offering a fully equipped kitchen, this townhome will allow you to relax and prepare meals for your guests even if it’s a quick breakfast on the way to the pool.  Leave the suitcases at home, take only what you need, we have a washer and dryer for your convenience.   Of course, free wifi and large-screen TVs around the townhome allow your guests to have their own entertainment.

The property is within walking distance of the beach, not just any beach but one of the most popular areas on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.  Many weddings are held on the beach near this townhome.

Sea Glass Inn

Stay with us at the Sea Glass Inn located in beautiful Pass Christian.  Walk to the beach from our remodeled and beautifully decorated house.   The Sea Glass Inn offers three separate bedrooms each designed to please our guests.

Bedroom one has a queen bed with another queen bed in bedroom two and a twin trundle bed in bedroom three.  Six guests can be accommodated in our four beds.  Plus, a queen blow-up bed can accommodate two more for a total of 8 guests.  Two full bathrooms are sufficient to accommodate a full house.

Cook your own meals in our fully equipped kitchen.  Everything you need to help prepare meals just like at home is here for your use.  Leave all of those clothes at home, and use our full-sized washer and dryer to launder your items.  We understand after a hard day at the beach, you may want to throw your bathing suits into the washer.

Of course, our large living room includes a flat-screen TV.  Bring your passwords with you to enjoy your TV subscriptions.  Our free wifi is connected to our smart TVs.  While the kids are busy watching TV, you can use the BBQ and char some steaks or shrimp.

Our fire pit will be a focal point for your guests during their stay.  The very large yard can accommodate games and permit your family to enjoy the space.  The property is surrounded by trees on three sides.

Did we mention taking a walk to the beach?  The beautiful beach consists of white sand groomed frequently.   No need for masks, there is plenty of space and the beaches are never crowded unless there is a parade.

Great restaurants can be found on U.S. 90, Beach Blvd in downtown Pass Christian and at the Pass Christian marina.  Of course, there are also 12 casinos on the Mississippi Gulf Coast where you can try your luck, enjoy live entertainment, and eat a great meal.

Fishing right on the beach, from our public piers, or rent a boat and go out by the islands for deep sea fishing.  Please check out our “Activities” page for more information.

2 small to medium-sized dogs are permitted upon payment of the non-refundable pet fee during the reservation process.  Read our pet requirements and additional cleaning and damage fees that may apply.

Coastal Cottage

Our charming mid-century three-bedroom cottage located a short walk to the beach is perfect for 8 guests. The house is all yours during your stay. The yard is entirely fenced and gated, a safe place for your children to play.   The property was recently updated.  You can walk to the beach from our property.  There are two restaurants within walking distance.

You may use our beach cart to transport your towels and toys to the beach. Your children can play in our sandbox or try a game of horseshoes or bag toss.

Our remodeled kitchen is outfitted with everything you need to cook a family meal or warm up a snack. Prepare meals on granite countertops with a large farmer sink. Leave your large suitcases at home, and use our full-size washer and dryer to launder your clothing while you are enjoying the beach, Aquarium, or other sites.

Our living room is full of light from large windows, which open to the kitchen and dining area. A unique feature is two 48″ barn doors that open to the large bedroom. When the room is not occupied, the open doors create a larger living space and additional windows. The living room and bedrooms have ceiling fans.

The backyard bbq is perfect for an intimate cook-out. Try out our wood-burning fire pit, and roast some marshmallows. Three restaurants are within a short walking distance, and many more are just a few minutes drive away. Great neighborhood for walking, just two short blocks from the beach. We have made COVID times more tolerable by providing regulation horseshoes and cornhole bag toss pits.

Four beds are available. Our largest bedroom has one queen and a large closet. Bedroom two includes two full-size beds with a closet. Bedroom three has one queen bed and a large closet. Our property is advertised for eight people.  All beds can accommodate up to two persons each, it is possible to sleep up to eight comfortably.

Flat-screen TVs in each bedroom and one in the living room are all connected to high-speed internet with Netflix for your enjoyment. Guests can use WIFI to watch Netflix or check the WEB for a local restaurant. An Alexa (AMAZON) device with a screen can be used to communicate about the weather or anything else.

Free parking and pets are permitted upon request. Special events are permitted e.g. birthday parties etc. as long as guests inform our hosts during the booking process. We have another property on the same street that is better suited for large parties, it can accommodate up to 12 guests and the very large yard can accommodate about 100 guests with tents. It may be possible to stay at this property and use the yard at our other property or some combination. Please contact our hosts for more information.

Wheelchair access: We can provide a ramp to enter the home upon advance request. There is one step to the front porch, the 36″ wide entrance door should accommodate a wheelchair.  The large bedroom with a queen bed is accessed through an 8′ opening from the living room.

The kitchen is accessible as well by wheelchair. A wheelchair-bound individual will need assistance in the bathroom as the distance between the sink and the wall is narrow. The toilet is of regular height. The backyard can be accessed using the ramp in front of the house and then going through the gate.

A pet may be permitted.  You must receive approval first and pay the pet fee.  If your pet is allowed, you agree to compensate the hosts for any costs to repair or remediate any damage caused by your pet.   You will be responsible for removing pet hair.

Villa Livello

Stay with us at Villa Livello.  A ground-floor condo with a ramp to the 36″ entrance door.   Easy access for guests with mobility issues.   Walk up the ramp directly in front of the entrance door.  A handicapped parking slot is just outside.  Our two large and beautifully appointed bedrooms will accommodate up to four plus our folding bed for another guest.

One king-sized bed is located with its own large bathroom that includes both a shower and a separate jetted bathtub.  After a long day at the beach, try out the tub with its massaging jets.  The second bedroom has access to a second fully appointed bathroom.

Our large living room with beautiful and comfortable furniture provides ample space for your group to socialize.  Our large dining room is adjacent to both the living room and the kitchen.  The kitchen has a table for eating in surrounded by light from several windows.

Take your morning coffee on our small patio accessible through the dining room or the master bedroom.  The patio is covered so you will catch the afternoon sun yet enjoy it on a rainy day.

About our kitchen.  If you want to cook, go for it.  All of the utensils, cups, plates, and implements you need to prepare a multicourse meal or just a nice breakfast of pancakes and coffee.  The Villa Livello features a natural gas cooktop which is great for gourmet cooks who prefer flame cooking.

No need to bring the entire wardrobe.  Our full-sized washer and dryer are located in a spacious laundry room.  Throw your bathing suits and towels in after a hard day at the beach or one of the two swimming pools we have to offer.

The property is located on the beach highway just across from the sand. We call this on the beach because few properties have ever been permitted to build on the sand.  A couple of minutes will take you to the beach which is open 24/7 and you can take adult beverages any time.

The development offers a clubhouse with exercise equipment and two large swimming pools.  One of the pools is adjacent to a large fenced children’s play area.  Spas are included with both pools.

The entire development is surrounded by a fence with a gate code required for entrance.  You have a one-car garage attached to the unit for parking and free parking in open slots around the complex.

Villa Livello is centrally located on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.  Casinos in both directions and the large regional shopping mall within one mile.  Many restaurants are in very close proximity.  Lots of activities are close including fishing, boating, renting jet skis, and much more.  Please check this website for activities.

If you book on this website, you will receive at no additional charge, vacation travel insurance.  A great value since there is no additional charge.  Just click the box requesting it (required by the insurance company) and it will be added. Book well in advance in the event of a hurricane, the vacation travel insurance may cover your costs.
