Blue Coast Retreat is now available for weekend stays or longer vacations. This completely refurbished bungalow is ideally located just steps from the beach in Long Beach, Mississippi, with a very short walk to the shoreline and the amenities along U.S. Highway 90.

Designed for relaxation, Blue Coast Retreat is the perfect home base for enjoying the Mississippi Gulf Coast. The home features two comfortable bedrooms, each with a queen bed, accommodating up to four guests. The spacious bathroom includes a beautifully tiled shower and two separate toilet areas, offering extra convenience for couples or friends traveling together.

Sandy Waves on the Gulf

Be one of the first to stay at this wonderful house built by the beach in Gulfport, MS. A short walk to the beach, nothing is between the Sandy Waves on the Gulf and the actual beach and gulf. This house was recently built which is why everything inside is new.

Three bedrooms include a magnificent master suite with a white wall of French doors that can open to allow the sea breezes in. Enjoy the balcony with a great view of the beach and the Gulf. On a clear day, you can even see Cat Island. Bring your binoculars, dolphins periodically swim by.

The bathroom in the master bedroom is very large with lots of tile. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom again with tiled walls and floors. Bedroom 3 at the North side of the house has French doors that open. All bedrooms have lots of windows.

Our living floor is well laid out, with plenty of space for guests to sit and watch a game on the flat-screen TV or sit at either the large dining room table or the kitchen breakfast table and chat. As an alternative to staying inside, guests may open the French doors in the living room and go to the large patio where chairs and tables are available.

You can’t beat the view of the beach from either floor or even outside. Spend the day on the beach, come back and have a beverage on the patio, get ready, and go to one of the 12 casinos in the area for a meal and entertainment.

The living level contains a fully stocked kitchen (implements, dishes, etc. no food). Feel free to cook meals and save a few dollars to buy bait for fishing. The kitchen comes with coffee service and appliances including a stove, microwave, and refrigerator with water and ice dispenser.

Our large main floor bathroom even has a full tiled shower.

No need to bring your wardrobe. Use our laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer. Of course, wifi is free as is parking.

You will enjoy our under house parking. On a hot summer day, your car will be cooler. On a rainy day, get into your car without going out into the rain.

Pelicans Perch is perfect for that family gathering or a few couples who want to share the cost and company. Located very close to the beach in Beautiful Long Beach on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, it’s perfect for that weekend getaway for that extended vacation. This property is a single-family house located in a quiet residential district. The photos below tell the story.

Four bedrooms accommodate up to 10-11 people. Master has a king, one room has a queen, one bedroom has (2) doubles, kids’ room has a trundle with a double on top, twin rollout below it.

No need to bring your whole wardrobe. Our full-sized washer and dryer in the laundry room will help wash the swimming gear after a day at the beach. FYI, Pelicans Perch is kid-friendly; we even have a highchair.

You may, upon request and approval, bring up to two medium-sized dogs. A one-time non-refundable charge is assessed and we ask that you clean up after your pets, including removing hair from our furniture.

Work from the Pelicans Perch utilizing our blazing-fast WIFI, which is of course free to our guests. Flat screen TVs located in bedrooms and the large living room extend the entertainment options. Our large formal dining room has room for the entire party. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking and eating utensils along with pots, pans, plates, cups, and everything you need to prepare and serve meals except, of course, the food.

Spend time in our large, enclosed backyard, which is pet-friendly. Our enclosed patio allows for expanding your discussion circles to new spaces with that outdoor atmosphere. Don’t forget to pick up some marshmallows when you stock up at the grocery store. The fire pit is large enough to accommodate your party and enjoy. Use our coal-fired BBQ to prepare hamburgers or Southern sausage. Enjoy our live oak and landscaping.

A short walk to the beach from this beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. Newly remodeled with all new furnishings. The Sea La Belle Beach House has it all. Starting with a large fenced yard for our pet-friendly property. Upon approval, you may bring up to two small dogs.

A king bed is located in the master with its own bathroom. The second bedroom contains a queen bed and the third bedroom, two twin beds, and a trundle bed. When you include the queen sofa sleeper in the living room, the property will accommodate up a part of 9. Our mattresses are soft and multiple pillows join the soft sheets to create a welcoming night’s sleep.

Each of our bedrooms and the entire house is tastefully decorated in a beach theme consistent with the proximity to the Gulf of Mexico.

Our large kitchen is fully equipped for you to prepare a meal for your entire party. Our full-sized washer and dryer permit you to leave all of those clothes behind. Wash as you go. About our property

The ground floor offers a very large porch with a view of the Gulf of Mexico. Just inside you will find a living room on the right of the foyer and a large formal dining room on the left. Our kitchen is fully stocked with implements including cups, dishes, pans, pots, and coffee service. Everything you need to prepare meals at home.

A second living area includes a sleeper sofa and another flat-screen TV. Clearly, the ground floor is for entertaining. A bathroom with sink and toilet is available between the dining room and kitchen.

The second floor is our sleeping area. A king bed is located in the master with access to a full bathroom. A bonus is the private enclosed balcony with views of the beach. The next bedroom has a queen bed with its own private enclosed balcony again with views of the beach. The third bedroom has two double beds and the fourth bedroom has a queen bed.

The laundry room is located on the second floor through one of the bedrooms. We know this is unusual but considering that when the house was built people did not have indoor laundry rooms, it had to go somewhere. A full-size washer and dryer are yours to use.

This is a very large house with lots of doorways and character. Your BBQ is located on the side of the house. The large fenced front yard can be used for sports or watching your children play. During events, this property is in demand as a location where you can watch floats and participants drive down Beach Blvd.

Parking is no problem. We have a fully paved parking lot that will accommodate up to seven cars.

Rent our companion property, Beachfront Beacon, a townhouse attached to the North side of this historic house. An addition was made to the original house designed to accommodate up to eight people in four bedrooms. This property can be booked along with the Lighthouse Sands Serenity to accommodate up to 16 people. Contact us if you would like to book both properties at the same time.

Walk to the beach and restaurants. One queen and one full bed in bedroom 1 with full bathroom and two sinks, large closet. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have a queen bed. A second full bath is located adjacent to bedrooms 2 and 3. The living room sofa folds out as a queen bed. No carpeting throughout, sand on the floor is no problem.

Tastefully decorated and stocked with all of the things you need to cook meals and enjoy your time away. The kitchen has a dishwasher, refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, and other appliances. Our fully equipped laundry room has a washer and dryer so you can bring fewer clothing items. Our gel/foam mattresses are comfortable and we provide both firm and standard pillows.

Bedrooms and living room equipped with fans and intelligent TVs. WIFI is available throughout the house. The Alexa video device will show you directions and information about local restaurants, venues, casinos, or anything you may ask it.

Cook your hamburgers on our bbq grill and use the fire pit for a family gathering in our spacious yard. This wonderful house is located on a cul-de-sac next to another property that we manage called the Salty Dolphin. If you book ahead you can book both properties for your large group.
