Sleeping Arrangements

  • Master Bedroom: Queen bed + full bed, en-suite full bathroom with double vanity sinks, and a spacious walk-in closet.
  • Bedroom 2: Cozy queen bed.
  • Bedroom 3 (“Crew’s Quarters”): Four extra-large twin beds – plenty big for adults or kids.
  • Living Room: Queen sleeper sofa for additional guests.

Enjoy comfortable foam mattresses with both firm and standard pillows provided, plus ceiling fans in every bedroom for that perfect Gulf breeze.

The open living areas feature beautiful furnishings, hard-surface floors (easy to clean after sandy beach days!), and everything you need for a home-away-from-home experience:

Walk to the beach and restaurants. One queen and one full bed in bedroom 1 with full bathroom and two sinks, large closet. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have a queen bed. A second full bath is located adjacent to bedrooms 2 and 3.  The living room sofa folds out as a queen bed.  No carpeting throughout, sand on the floor is no problem.

Tastefully decorated and stocked with all of the things you need to cook meals and enjoy your time away. The kitchen has a dishwasher, refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, and other appliances. Our fully equipped laundry room has a washer and dryer so you can bring fewer clothing items. Our gel/foam mattresses are comfortable and we provide both firm and standard pillows.

Bedrooms and living room equipped with fans and intelligent TVs. WIFI is available throughout the house. The Alexa video device will show you directions and information about local restaurants, venues, casinos, or anything you may ask it.

Cook your hamburgers on our bbq grill and use the fire pit for a family gathering in our spacious yard. This wonderful house is located on a cul-de-sac next to another property that we manage called the Salty Dolphin. If you book ahead you can book both properties for your large group. Plenty of parking for your guests in our large driveway. Parking adjacent for trailers.

Five restaurants are within walking distance including the world-famous Felix’s where you sit on the deck and enjoy the beach while eating local food and enjoying a cocktail or beer.
