Pelicans Perch

Pelicans Perch is perfect for that family gathering or a few couples who want to share the cost and company. Located very close to the beach in Beautiful Long Beach on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, it’s perfect for that weekend getaway for that extended vacation. This property is a single-family house located in a quiet residential district. The photos below tell the story.

Four bedrooms accommodate up to 10-11 people. Master has a king, one room has a queen, one bedroom has (2) doubles, kids’ room has a trundle with a double on top, twin rollout below it.

No need to bring your whole wardrobe. Our full-sized washer and dryer in the laundry room will help wash the swimming gear after a day at the beach. FYI, Pelicans Perch is kid-friendly; we even have a highchair.

You may, upon request and approval, bring up to two medium-sized dogs. A one-time non-refundable charge is assessed and we ask that you clean up after your pets, including removing hair from our furniture.

Work from the Pelicans Perch utilizing our blazing-fast WIFI, which is of course free to our guests. Flat screen TVs located in bedrooms and the large living room extend the entertainment options. Our large formal dining room has room for the entire party. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking and eating utensils along with pots, pans, plates, cups, and everything you need to prepare and serve meals except, of course, the food.

Spend time in our large, enclosed backyard, which is pet-friendly. Our enclosed patio allows for expanding your discussion circles to new spaces with that outdoor atmosphere. Don’t forget to pick up some marshmallows when you stock up at the grocery store. The fire pit is large enough to accommodate your party and enjoy. Use our coal-fired BBQ to prepare hamburgers or Southern sausage. Enjoy our live oak and landscaping.

The tire swing, lounge chairs, and swing chair add to the comfortable surroundings of this great recreational space. Try out our corn hole game, and the kids can use our sand toys and buckets. You will find an assortment of toys, puzzles, and games.

Plenty of parking on our property for all of your vehicles, including if you have show cars and trailers.

The beach is close, just 1.2 miles, a 3-minute drive. There is a large free parking area just to the left after you arrive on Beach Blvd. See the Guest Book provided upon arrival for information about local restaurants and things to do. Sea the View

Spend your vacation or weekend by the beach. Our property Sea the View townhome is a perfect getaway. Two bedrooms will accommodate four people. A queen bed in one bedroom with two twin beds in the second bedroom. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. You will be blown away by the beach views from the balcony.

If you like the balcony off of the bedroom, check out the deck off the kitchen, a great view of the beach.

About our rates: This property is the owner’s second home as such, they have decorated it with original art and beautiful furnishings. This is not the typical vacation condo with dollar store furniture. You will notice the difference when you walk through the door.

The first floor contains the living area, kitchen, laundry, and 1/2 bath. The second floor contains bedrooms and full baths along with a balcony.

You will love the original art hanging on the walls. The “beachy” feel of the Sea the View is great in large part due to the owner’s attention to detail in their decorating and choice of furnishings. We believe that you will have no issues giving us a five-star rating.

Cook your meals right in our great kitchen fully stocked with cooking and eating implements. This townhome is an open concept so you can cook and converse with your guests unless, of course, they are out on one of the decks or patios. For those who can’t find enough things to do around the area, we have flat-screen TVs and free WIFI.

Don’t forget to take advantage of our swimming pool. Pay attention to the pool rules during your stay. Throw your swimming clothing and towels into our washer and dryer. No need to bring your entire wardrobe when you stay with us.

A large porch by the front door affords views of the beach but the best is the back deck where you can watch ships in the distance and the Least Terns fly around the beach. You may be lucky and see a passing dolphin. Our property is located in the lovely city of Long Beach. A small town with the friendliest people on earth.

A BBQ is located near the clubhouse and is available for your use.

Locally owned restaurants serve seafood, cajun, and creole fare along with traditional Southern food. Walk around downtown Long Beach or take a short drive to Bay St. Louis and catch some jazz. 12 casinos are available for your entertainment pleasure. All of the casinos have restaurants along with live entertainment venues.

Love fishing, so why not? Just walk across the street to the beach and cast a line. During certain times of the year, you can catch flounder with a long stick right in the shallow water near the beach. Of course, there are many things to do along the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Beautiful setting near the beach. Lush grounds, fountains, and more. Our two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is just steps from the beautiful Gulf Coast beach. What we call the “Best Coast”. This vacation home will accommodate six guests in comfort. One king bed, one queen bed, a trundle bed (two twin beds), and a sleeper sofa for two.

The kitchen is ready for you to cook your favorite dish. All appliances, flatware, and cooking utensils are there. The stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher round out the fully equipped kitchen which overlooks the living and dining areas.

If you stay a while, use the full-sized washer and dryer to launder your clothing. Please leave the sand outside. You will love our dual shower heads, which are great for getting all of that sand off after a day at the beach.

Two swimming pools are available. One pool is attached to the guest house which has some amenities that can be used upon reservation. The larger pool is located near the rear of the complex and it has a slide for children and BBQ areas.

You are provided a garage near the unit entrance to park one vehicle. Open parking for other vehicles is available throughout the complex. You will be provided with a code to enter the property. The entrance door is activated by a code as well.

We have provided rubber bands for access to the swimming pool area. Take a swim and relax after a hard day shopping and sightseeing.

Our property is perfectly located on U.S. 90 (Beach Blvd). You are in the middle of the Mississippi Gulf Coast entertainment area. Casinos and restaurants are just minutes away.
