Christies Gulf Beach rentals are part of Gulf Coast Property Management, a Mississippi limited liability company. Christies was created by its owners to provide service specifically to vacation rental property owners and their guests. Gulf Coast Property Management is focused on long-term rentals. Both companies provide service throughout the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
This is who we are
Christie Logan manages long-term properties, she has decades of experience managing rental properties. This includes tenant communication, cleaning, maintenance, and all aspects of managing large and small property rental businesses. Christie is also our head designer for vacation rentals. A service offered by Christies is to completely set up a new property. Christie is the one who orders the furnishings and decorates often creating unique decorations. We named our business after Christie and left out the apostrophe after "e" and before "s".
Brian Logan is our guest services manager. Brian has years of customer service experience in various industries so he knows how to work with the public. He manages the calendar, cleaning, and overall guest services. Brian is the one who personally greets every guest with a phone call. Brian is usually the one who receives calls from guests asking for favorite restaurants and other information. Brian personally inspects properties and communicates with owners when maintenance or other issues require a solution. Brian coordinates with contractors to assist the area owners.
Bill Anderson owns many vacation rental properties so he knows firsthand what it takes to create and manage a successful vacation rental business. Bill has been a real estate investor in many states and Europe for decades. Bill sold his company to a Fortune 200 company several years ago. He became a real estate broker and partner in Logan-Anderson Gulf Coastal Realty. Bill is the client/owner services manager who assists prospective clients understand Christies management program. He onboards new clients and publishes the Christies client newsletter.
Our approach to the vacation rental business is simple. We are local managers, this means that we are available to our guests and property owners. With all of the new start-up internet-based property management companies touting service, where are they when you need them? In the big city looking out their skyscraper window or in a basement.
We do not manage property more than two hours drive from our location. Why? Eyes on the property. What happens if there is a hurricane? Who takes care of helping the guests evacuate? Who checks the property after and finds workers to repair it if necessary.
Our team including our cleaners is focused on guest comfort and we want them to have a great experience. Being here makes that possible. When something breaks, we work hard to get a repair technician on site in minutes not hours when possible. The contractors who work with Christies know that they will be rewarded with prompt payment and additional work from other property owners. This is why they usually give Christies priority on their schedule.
Local means we comply with regulations that require property managers to be local. Being local on the Mississippi Gulf Coast means a lot to city officials and others who regulate. Brian's family has been "local" for generations and those connections are an advantage for our business over the internet companies.
