Our process
At this point, you have reviewed our draft agreement and have agreed to sign it. Before we can send the contract back for signature, we need information from the checklist below.
Click on the application form to complete the application. We will be notified when you have completed it. The next step is for you to sign the contract via DocuSign.
Please download the amenity checklist and forward it to us when it’s complete.
Next, check out the locks, lights, and thermostat, among other items. You must have a Wi-Fi-enabled lock on your property, which Christies property manager can gain access to. We strongly recommend you install a wifi thermostat so that the temperature can be regulated when not occupied.
We will arrange to do a walk-through of your property. If the property is ready for photographs, we will take them at that time unless you decide to hire a professional which we recommend.
At this point, we will post your property on ChristiesGulfBeachRental.com either as ready or “coming soon”. The next step is to create your client portal.
When the property is ready to be posted on the third-party sites after we have received your list of amenities and you have confirmed what was written on the Christies site, the process will move forward to posting.
This is not the end of the process; we do several other things, such as posting your property on social media.
